Bean and cheese enchiladas with cilantro lime rice and all the fixings, and fresh homemade corn tortillas. Have you tried making your own corn tortillas? Once you experience how fluffy and flavorful they are, it’s seriously hard to go back to store bought!
Oh, sorry you came here for the wine, didn’t you? Garnacha Blanca from Viña Zorzal (Navarra, Spain). Grown at high elevation, saw some skin contact and underwent spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, followed by several months of lees contact. The result is a juicy, supple, yet crisp white – a heck of a great wine for ~$13.
