Hello Wine Drinkers of the World! Minnesota vines are maturing, and this MN /CA Bordeaux blend is proving it.
Appearance. Deep Ruby
Aroma: ripe blackberries, ripe cherries, earth, oak, coffee, caramel, stone
Palate: full bodied, high flavor intensity, smooth tannins, flavors match the aroma.
Extra note: After tasting it with my WSET study group, I refrigerated the bottle and two days later, it was still fresh and solid. Maybe even a little smoother. The sweet fruit and extracted quality make this an excellent BBQ wine. Try it!
