MN-UN: How would you describe how you got your start in the business?
GM: We are part of a third generation farm,and love Minnesota Wine. We decided to grow a few grapes, and it blossomed into a full-fledged vineyard and winery on our family farm.
MN-UN: Of the wines you produce, which is your favorite & why?
GM: We are very thrilled our Brianna won a gold medal this summer at the Cold Climate International Competition.
MN-UN: Tell us about a unique wine or wine-related product you have at Grape Mill?
GM: Our winemaker is experimenting with a port made with Frontenac!
MN-UN: What is something about your business, that you wish more people knew?
GM: We may be small, however as a family winery that gives visitors the experience coming to our place, a personal, welcoming and fun experience.
